Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
  • Items must be returned with all original packaging (if applicable)
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions

Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within a few business days
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method

Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • If you received free shipping (e.g., orders over €100), the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund

  • Shipping time:
    • Netherlands & Belgium: 1–2 business days
    • Worldwide: 4–5 business days
