Processing & Delivery
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

Estimated delivery times:

•  Netherlands & Belgium: 3–7 business days

•  International: 7–14 business days

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout.
We offer free shipping on all orders over €100 (Netherlands only).

Delays
Onvajouer is not responsible for delays caused by customs, holidays, or shipping carriers.
We always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Address or Undelivered Package
Please make sure your shipping address is correct when placing your order.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.
